That the Trust may be agreement by the income from the initial fund contributed and also by donation collect and other contributions made from time to time.

That the Trust fund shall not be applied for any purpose other than those specified in para 3 herein above.

That the trustees shall always maintain proper accounts of the trust which shall be kept at the office of the trust.

That for the furtherance of the objects of the trust, the board of trust shall have the following powers.

To invest funds and collect interest thereon, however investment will be done only as per the norms prescribed in section 11 (5) of the income Tax Act.

To accept any donation, collections, grants or subscriptions in cash or in kind, from any persons (s) body of persons or Trust, with or without conditions.

To apply the whole or any part of the income of the Trust, or the Trust fund or accumulations thereto, to any one or more of the objects of the trust, as the trustees may, in their discretion, deem fit from time to time.

To let out, demise any immovable property comprised in the Trust fund for such period and at such rent on such terms and conditions as the trustees in their discretion may think fit.

To open account in the name of the Trust, trustees and/or institutions run/conducted by the trust with a bank or banks, to operate such account and to give instructions to the bank and to provide for opening and operation of such account by one or more of the trustees or by an agent appointed by the trustees.

To adjust settle, compromise, compound, refer to arbitration, all actions, suits, claims, demands and proceedings regarding the trust fund.

To appoint or make provision for the appointment of any person (including all or any of the trustees and committees or administrator or managing trustees or otherwise) for the purpose of the administration of the trust in such manner and subject to such rules and regulation as the trustees may prescribe and also to appoint or provide for the appointment of separate trustee/trustees to hold any fund or investment, subject to the provisions of this deed in such manner and to such rules and regulations as the trustees may from time to time think fit and proper.

To make, vary, alter or modify schemes, rules and regulations for carrying out the objects of the trust and otherwise for giving effect to the objection of the trust.

To set apart and/or allocate the whole or part of the income or the corpus of the trust fund or part thereof for any of the objects of trust.

To settle all accounts and to compromise, compound, abandon, or refer to arbitration any action or proceedings or disputes, claim, demand or things, as deemed proper for such purposes without being responsible for any loss occasioned thereby.

To apply to the government public bodies, urban, local, municipal district and other bodies, corporation, companies, or person for and to accept grant of money (s) and of aid, donations, gifts, subscriptions, and other assistance with a view to promoting the objects of the trust and to discuss and negotiate with the government departments, public and other bodies corporations, companies or persons, schemes and other works and matters within the objects of the trust and to conform to any proper conditions upon which such grants and other payments may be made.

The trust can raise resource from Government, Development organizations, National and International Donors, Financial Institutions, Bank by way of grants, advance loan without security by way of mortgage of in movable properties hypothecation and pledge of movable properties including securities and fixed deposits.

Consumer Awareness Camps, Consumers protections counsels Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and rules 1987, Legal assistance and awareness for weaker section, Legal literacy camps, to work for human rights, gender, justice, quality discrimination, racism, peace, and equal rights.

To apply IT exemptions like (i.e. Conditions for applicability for sections 11 and 12 and deduction in respect of donation to certain funds, charitable institutions etc., expenditures for obtaining rights to use spectrum for Tele Communication services, Expenditures for obtaining license to operate Telecommunication service, NITI AYOG Certificate, 12AA, 80G, FCRA, 35A/C, 10 (23) & 501 C (3), etc., Income under income tax act etc.

To establish, promoter, manage, control or aid existing institution or institution having objects either wholly or in part similar to the objects of this and on such terms and conditions as may be though expedient.

The trustees shall be accountable only for such moneys, stock shares and funds as shall actually come into their and a trustee shall not be answerable or accountable for neglect, No Immovable Properties involved in name of the trustee default acts or omission of the other trustee nor or any banker or other person with whom the trust properties or any securities may have been deposited or kept.

The Trustees will not be entitled to receive any remuneration but the trustees may reimburse themselves all expenses actually incurred by them in connection with or their duties relating thereto.

All the number of the trustees in board of trust shall not then two and more than 7 (Seven) members, If the numbers of the Trustees shall fall below five the Trustees shall not except for the purpose of filling any vacancy act so as numbers is become below the said minimum.

The Members of Trust board shall be as follows: 1. Meda Ramesh (Settler and Managing Trustee) 2. Meda Bhu lakshmi (Settler and Trustee) (The above members are permanent Trustees).

That the Settler cum Managing Trustee (Meda Ramesh) and Settler and Trustee (Meda Bhu Lakshmi), are permanent to the Trust except them the other members of the Trust can participate in the Election of the trust by the entire rights of the trust goes to the Settler Trustee (Meda Ramesh) and Settler and Trustee (Meda Bhu Lakshmi). Other Trustees the trust board can admit two other trustees for a period of Two years and substitute them with fresh members alternatively and this process shall go on forever.

A person shall cease to be a Trustee either (1) if he without leave for absence does not attends three consecutive meetings of the trustees or (2) if he requested to if he requested to resign 3/4th or as near thereto as possible of the remaining Trustees.

Every Trustee will be at liberty to rising on giving one month notice of his intention to do so.

The Trustees may from time to time frame rules for the conduct and regulation of meetings of trustees. In the absence of such regulations (a) 1/3rd trustees shall from a quorum for a meeting of the trustees.

All matters will be seceded mutually by the trustees.

Resolution passed without any meeting of the trustees but by circulation thereof any evidenced. I writing under the hands of two thirds of the trustees shall be as valid and effectual as a resolution duly passed at a meeting of Trustees.

The trustees shall have the power to determine in case doubt whether any moneys or property shall for the purpose of the charity be considered as capital or income and whether out of income or capital any expenses or outgoings ought to be paid or borne and every such determination shall be blinding and conclusive provided that nothing contained shall be purpose not authorized by these presents.

The accounting year of the Trust shall be the financial year ending in 31st March every year and the same will be get audited by a chartered Accountant duly appointed by the Trust U/s. 12 AA Income Tax Act 1961

The Trust and the Trust funds shall be remain and irrevocable all times.

It is expressly declared that no part of the Trust Property or its income or any accretion thereto shall be applied for any purpose outside India or for any purpose which is not a charitable purpose in law and all provisions hereof shall be constructed accordingly.

The trust shall not amend any of its objects rules without prior permission from Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions) Hyderabad or Any ware India

Winding Up: In the event of the dissolution or winding up of the trust if there is any money or property left after satisfaction of its debts and liabilities such money or property shall be transferred to any other organization (s) having similar objective provided that such organization will be an institution registered U/s 12 AA of the income Tax Act 1961.

That the settler cum Managing Trustee (Meda Ramesh) and Settler and Trustee (Meda Bhu Lakshmi), are permanent to the trust except them the other members of the trust can participate Meda Bhu Lakshmi in the Election of the trust by the entire rights of the trust goes to the settler cum Managing Trustee (Meda Ramesh) and Settler and Trustee (Meda Bhu lakshmi).

Note: That accept the legal heirs of the Trustees i.e. 1. Meda Ramesh 2. Meda Bhu lakshmi, no other people are having rights in the said trust failing which the same shall deemed as null and void. It is declared that no properties are being transferred to trust as of now. In witness whereof the parties here have here to seen and subscribed their respective hands on the day month and year first mentioned herein above.
